We offer the same quality service as the customers of TRAX Kawasaki have come to know and love. All our products you see in this store that are marked “in stock” are stocked in our warehouse ready for delivery, we aim to get all our orders out within 24 business hours (usually same day dispatch). Most orders are delivered within 1-3 working days in metro areas (NT, WA and other rural areas can take up to 6 working days)
All genuine warranty claims are subject to Australian consumer laws. We will also consider any reasonable request for returning or exchanging products on a case by case basis, however this must be within 30 days of purchase. Please contact customer service to inquire. We ship nation wide Free shipping on all orders over $250 All our items are stocked ready for delivery at our warehouse in Seaford Victoria, we do our best to get your item out to you within 24 business hours as we know how hard it can be hard to wait for new toys to arrive. Customers who live outside of capital cities, in rural and country areas, or who live in Northern Territory/Western Australia on an island or particularly isolated areas may not qualify for free shipping due to the high costs incurred with shipping out bulky items to these areas.
